AmaMart is an online grocery website that provides fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries, and daily essentials for doorstep delivery in selected service areas.

2. Eligibility

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order.

3. Orders

  • Orders are subject to product availability.
  • After placing an order, our team will review and confirm it before processing.
  • AmaMart reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to product unavailability, incorrect information, delivery limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
  • Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables may naturally differ in size, color, or weight.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The final amount payable will be shown before you confirm your order.

6. Payment

AmaMart currently accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is available only in selected service areas.
  • Estimated delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide a correct delivery address and a valid contact number.
  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled.

8. Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
  • AmaMart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, operational reasons, or delivery restrictions.

9. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other fresh items, returns are generally not accepted.

However, replacements or refunds may be provided if:

  • A wrong item is delivered.
  • A damaged or spoiled product is delivered.
  • Items are missing from the order.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs where applicable.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Misuse or interfere with the website.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or restriction of access to AmaMart.
